You can purchase spill absorbent mats in rolls or as pre-cut spill mats. Rolls are ideal for walkways and large areas to soak up leaks and overspray. Simply cut the exact amount you need. Absorbent pads are pre-cut, which makes them faster and easier to grab and use as spill response. For example, chemical spill pads are great when you need to clean up a chemical spill in a hurry.
Both absorbent mat pads and safety rolls come in light, medium and heavy weights. Some spill mats are made using eight layers of polypropylene for extra absorbency and strength. These spill control mats are extra durable to withstand typical workplace traffic for long periods. Other spill absorbent mats are made from polypropylene fibres which are needle punched and then heat fused to create a strong, durable mat. Some absorbent spill mats are designed to soak up larger volumes of liquid and are less suited to heavy traffic areas. We also supply spill kit absorbent pads designed to be used when refilling spill kits.
