How quickly do the leak patching putty and paste take to stick?

This will depend on which product is selected. The epoxy putty starts to functionally cure in 60 minutes however will harden in 2 minutes after mixing and will need to be applied to the surface straight away. The drum leak repair paste stops leaks temporarily but will work as soon as it is applied.
